The Why and the how

What is it that makes an outstanding fit between employer and candidate?  Employers hope to attract candidates that will be long term producers that grow with the company.  Candidates are looking for the next role that provides development and growth in their career and the opportunity to increase their income.  Both parties want a cultural fit, a collaborative work environment and a sense of trust to deliver the mission and value the company offers to the market place.

I searched my soul on the rock structures of the Transept Canyon, at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon for 5 months, while on a working sabbatical from a high-growth software company. The idea of SDIS Resources was born here, out on the rocks, 1500 foot sheer drops at the tips of my toes.  Through this time of solitude, contemplation, renewal and idea creation, I learned to slow things down in order to speed them up.  Searching for deeper purpose and value I could give back to individuals and businesses – along with setting significant new goals – I defined the company.

Leveraging the last 15 years of building teams through recruiting, hiring, training and coaching over 60 national and international sales development professionals, I bring a ‘real deal’ perspective to provide search services for clients and the experience to qualify candidates.

The SDIS Resources mantra is to make a personal, professional connection with clients and candidates to match requirements with candidate skills, intelligence, experience, energy and drive.  The ‘secret sauce’ we deliver is to assess the candidate’s attitude and character to match the culture of our client’s environment.
